Der Vortrag untersucht am Beispiel der Personalberatung bzw. des Executive Search, wie sich dadurch der klassische sechsstufige Suchprozess sowie das Geschäftsmodell der Branche verändern – basierend auf Literaturauswertung und Experteninterviews mit Personalverantwortlichen und Executive-Search-Partnern.
