[{"year":"2026","_id":"6827","language":[{"iso":"eng"}],"abstract":[{"text":"Introduction: Migration is a complicated social phenomenon that has a big impact on people's access to and use of health care, especially for vulnerable groups like women and children. The study was carried out to determine the factors affecting the potential use of health services and their usage by female Turkish migrants and their children living in Bielefeld, Germany.\r\nMethods: The study adopted a qualitative design, and in-depth individual interview interviews were used to collect data. Interviews were conducted with 20 female Turkish migrants who have children with food allergies between November-December 2023. The data were analyzed using the content analysis method. \r\nResults: The ages of the female Turkish migrants participating in the study ranged from 31 to 48.
