    im Bereich Circular Economy. Er bündelt erprobte Qualifizierungsformate und stellt

    Bildungs- und Anwendungskontexte bereit. Anhand konkreter Beispiele werden Lernformate,
    Methoden und Werkzeuge vorgestellt, die den Aufbau von Circular-Economy-Kompetenzen
    fördern und flexibel an verschiedene Zielgruppen und Rahmenbedingungen angepasst
    werden können.\r\nDie Publikation richtet sich an Multiplikator:innen, Unternehmen,
    Bildungseinrichtungen, Kammern sowie weitere Organisationen, die Qualifizierungsangebote
    im Bereich Circular Economy gestalten, auswählen oder weiterentwickeln möchten.
    Sie unterstützt die Entwicklung praxisnaher Bildungsangebote in Schule, Hochschule,
    beruflicher Bildung und Weiterbildung.\r\nAlle beschriebenen Qualifizierungsformate
    folgen einem einheitlichen Aufbau. Neben Zielgruppen, Lernzielen sowie geeigneten
    Methoden und Werkzeugen enthält der Guide Hinweise zur Übertragbarkeit der Formate,
    Empfehlungen für deren Umsetzung sowie eine grobe Zeitplanung. Dadurch bietet

  text: 'The development of resource-efficient products based on a comprehensive assessment
    of the R-principles is becoming increasingly important in the context of the Eco-Design
    Regulation. However, there is no basis for assessing c-Si photovoltaic modules
    in the context of REpair, REfurbish, and REmanufacture. The aim of this study
    is therefore to create an assessment basis including a definition framework and
    a selection of priority parts. The results are a basic functional and structural
    analysis, an initial catalog of criteria for a semi-quantitative assessment method,
    and a weighting of priority parts. It becomes clear that individual cells and
    connection components are particularly relevant for REpair and REfurbish. For
    REmanufacture, attention should be paid to the entirety of the cells, the frame,
    and the glass. Overall, a method is created that, in application, lays the foundation
    for a sustainable product design of photovoltaic modules improved for the circular
    economy and can be further optimized.              '

  text: "Die Entwicklung und Implementierung von Circular-Economy-Prozessen (CE) in
    Unternehmen\r\ngewinnen zunehmend an Relevanz für operative und strategische Aufgaben
    der Organisationsentwicklung; nicht zuletzt aufgrund des Klimawandels und der
    Berichtspflichten nach Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), die
    Unternehmen zu einem langfristigen und\r\nnachhaltigen Handeln verpflichten.\r\nSomit
    sind Kompetenzen und Qualifizierungsbedarfe bereits jetzt und auch in Zukunft
    relevant.\r\nBei der Umsetzung von CE- und Nachhaltigkeitsmaßnahmen sowie der
    Transformation hin zu\r\neiner Kreislaufwirtschaft ist die Qualifizierung im Bereich
    Circular Economy ein wichtiger Faktor.\r\nIm Rahmen des Aktionsfelds „Qualifizierung“
    identifiziert das Transformationsprojekt\r\n„CirQualityOWL plus“ relevante Qualifizierungsbedarfe
    durch Interviews in Unternehmen ausgewählter Branchen sowie mit Hochschullehrenden.
    Auf Basis dieser Ergebnisse werden Handlungsempfehlungen für Unternehmen, Hochschulen
    und CE-interessierte Fach- und Führungskräfte abgeleitet.\r\nDie Kompetenzen und
    die Kompetenzentwicklung der Beschäftigten von heute und morgen sind\r\nein wesentlicher
    Erfolgsfaktor für die Implementierung von CE-Strategien. Gegenstand der Befragungen
    war deshalb die Frage nach den Qualifizierungsbedarfen künftiger Fach- und Führungskräfte
    hinsichtlich CE und CE-Prozessen in verschiedenen Branchen in Ostwestfalen-Lippe\r\n(OWL).
    Besonders im Fokus stehen die Branchen Maschinenbau, Kunststoffe, Lebensmittel
    sowie Gesundheit. Die Analyse basiert auf qualitativen, leitfadengestützten Interviews
    und fokussiert Gemeinsamkeiten und Unterschiede bei der Wahrnehmung, Umsetzung
    und den benötigten\r\nKompetenzen bezüglich CE.\r\nDie Kernbotschaft: CE wird
    zunehmend als unternehmerisches Handlungsfeld mit wirtschaftlicher\r\nNotwendigkeit
    und wirtschaftlichem Nutzen gesehen. Die Ergebnisse der Befragungen verdeutlichen,
    dass es Spezialist:innen mit interdisziplinären Kenntnissen im Bereich der CE
    erfordert.\r\nViele Unternehmen stehen noch am Anfang der CE-Transformation und
    suchen aktiv nach strukturierten Angeboten der Qualifizierung.\r\nAbschließend
    werden strategische Handlungsempfehlungen aus den Ergebnissen der Interviews\r\nabgeleitet,
    um die Qualifizierung von Mitarbeitenden für CE in Unternehmen und Bildungseinrichtungen
    gezielt zu verbessern und damit den Übergang zu einer Circular Economy nachhaltig
    zu\r\nfördern. An Hochschulen wird vor allem eine breit gefächerte Integration
    von CE-Inhalten in bestehende Studiengänge gefordert, nicht jedoch die Einführung
    eines zusätzlichen spezifischen\r\nCE-Studiengangs."
