Der Vortrag untersucht am Beispiel der Personalberatung bzw. des Executive Search, wie sich dadurch der klassische sechsstufige Suchprozess sowie das Geschäftsmodell der Branche verändern – basierend auf Literaturauswertung und Experteninterviews mit Personalverantwortlichen und Executive-Search-Partnern. Mithilfe des Business Model Canvas werden Verschiebungen bei Ressourcen, Partnerschaften und Erlösmodellen aufgezeigt; drei Zukunftsszenarien (Verstärkung, Plattform, Disintermediation) sowie Governance-Implikationen runden den Vortrag ab.
