text: Mit dem Aufkommen von KI-Agenten wandelt sich die Rolle Künstlicher Intelligenz
im Recruiting vom unterstützenden Werkzeug zum eigenständig handelnden Akteur.
Der Vortrag untersucht am Beispiel der Personalberatung bzw. des Executive Search,
wie sich dadurch der klassische sechsstufige Suchprozess sowie das Geschäftsmodell
der Branche verändern – basierend auf Literaturauswertung und Experteninterviews
mit Personalverantwortlichen und Executive-Search-Partnern. Mithilfe des Business
Model Canvas werden Verschiebungen bei Ressourcen, Partnerschaften und Erlösmodellen
aufgezeigt; drei Zukunftsszenarien (Verstärkung, Plattform, Disintermediation)
sowie Governance-Implikationen runden den Vortrag ab. Der Beitrag knüpft an die
vorangegangene Analyse „AI or die?!" an, die PSF-Geschäftsmodelle branchenübergreifend
verglich.
