text: " This paper examines how biophilic design intersects with
the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) amid disruptions caused by the COVID-19
pandemic, considering human–nature interactions as an individual-scale link between
well-being and sustainability. Biophilic design—the integration of natural elements
into the built environment—reflects well-being through human–nature interactions
and connects social–ecological system dynamics and sustainability interdependencies.
Drawing on evidence that pandemic-induced psychological stressors transformed
people–environment relations, this study developed a conceptual framework linking
selected SDG targets to the 14 biophilic design patterns and examined these relationships
using data from a Europe-wide survey conducted in early 2023. It complements research
on SDG interdependencies, which is mainly conducted at the system or policy level,
by introducing individual experiences. NMI analysis identified a central cluster
of strong statistical interdependencies among SDGs related to energy efficiency
(SDG 7), infrastructure (SDG 9), and resource use (SDG 12), while SDGs associated
with cities (SDG 11) and terrestrial ecosystems (SDG 15) showed weaker and more
diffuse interdependencies. The observed interdependencies were strongest for SDGs
represented by survey variables that reflect direct, everyday experiences of the
built environment, such as indoor environmental quality, access to natural light,
ventilation, contact with vegetation, and the use of natural materials, whereas
SDGs represented by indirect or broader ecological dimensions exhibited weaker
statistical associations. Not all conceptually linked SDGs were reflected equally
in individual experiences; only a subset of potential interdependencies showed
strong statistical—association. This study demonstrates that the pattern of SDG
interdependencies depends on the analytical scale at which sustainability is examined.
The study reinforces the value of the SDG framework as an analytical structure
for sustainability science, enabling interdisciplinary investigations of complex
interactions among environmental, social, and built-environment dimensions beyond
policy implementation assessment.\r\n "

text: "Mit steigenden Frequenzen nimmt der Einfluss des eingesetzten Messverfahrens
in etablierten Testumgebungen bei feldgeführten Emissionsmessungen signifikant
zu. Dieser Beitrag untersucht den Einfluss unterschiedlicher Abtaststrategien
zur Erfassung der maximalen elektrischen Feldstärke eines im relevanten Frequenzbereich
elektrisch großen, künstlichen Prüflings (EUT) in der Testumgebung „Vollabsorberkammer“
(fully anechoic room - FAR) [1]. Dazu\r\nerfolgen Messungen: (a) in der Ebene
des EUTs (Messpunkte auf einem Kreis), (b) mit zusätzlicher Höhenvariation der
Antenne (Messpunkte auf einer Zylinderoberfläche) und (c) Drehen des Prüflings
um seine Raumachsen (Messpunkte auf drei orthogonalen Kreisen). Ergänzend erfolgt
eine Abschätzung des erforderlichen Messaufwands zur elektromagnetischen Charakterisierung
unbeabsichtigter Strahler in Abhängigkeit von der elektrischen Größe des\r\nPrüflings.
Ziel ist es dabei, die maximal abgestrahlte elektrische Feldstärke zu erfassen
– wie in den aktuellen Normen gefordert. Die gewonnenen Erkenntnisse sind sowohl
für die Abschätzung der Messunsicherheit als auch für die Analyse potenzieller
Abweichungen zwischen Ergebnissen aus etablierten und alternativen Testumgebungen
von zentraler Bedeutung. Es werden typische Unsicherheiten und systematische Begrenzungen
klassischer Messverfahren\r\naufgezeigt und motiviert, wie alternative Messumgebungen
(Modenverwirbelungskammern, TEM-\r\nZellen) zur Effizienzsteigerung sowie zur
erweiterten Bewertung des Emissionsverhaltens beitragen können. Die vorgestellten
Ansätze sollen Impulse für eine theorie- und praxisorientierte Weiterentwicklung
bestehender Normen sowie eine kritische Reflexion der bisher verwendeten Messgröße
der maximalen elektrischen Feldstärke gegenüber der gesamt abgestrahlten Leistung
(Total Radiated Power - TRP) oberhalb von 1 GHz liefern."

text: 'This study aims to deepen the understanding of motivational drivers that
shape leadership effectiveness by adopting a neo-configurational perspective.
Drawing on McClelland’s theory of human motivation, we investigate how need for
power (nPow), need for achievement (nAch), need for affiliation (nAff), and activity
inhibition (AI) combine within leaders to enable two outcomes of leadership effectiveness:
leadership satisfaction and career success. Using fuzzy-set qualitative comparative
analysis on data from 70 leader-follower dyads, we identify multiple alternative
motive configurations that contribute to leadership effectiveness. Specifically,
two configurations—termed the Bureaucratic (nPow, ~nAch, AI) and the Relaxed Leader
(~ nPow, nAff, ~AI)—are sufficient for very high leadership satisfaction. For
career success, we find three sufficient configurations, each highlighting the
presence of either AI, nPow, or nAff which are complemented by the absence (~)
of other motives or AI. These results demonstrate that leadership effectiveness
is driven by multiple distinct configurations of motives, underscoring the causal
complexity inherent in motivation-based leadership effectiveness. In doing so,
this study contributes to motivation literature by reframing McClelland’s theory
as a neo-configurational theory.'

text: "Zusammenfassung: \r\nGenerative KI wird als wichtige Schlüsseltechnologie
diskutiert und zunehmend in der Wissensarbeit eingesetzt. Für Deutschland liegen
jedoch wenige empirisch belastbare Untersuchungen dazu vor, in welchen beruflichen
Kontexten generative KI intensiv zum Einsatz kommt und in welchen dies nicht der
Fall ist. In diesem Beitrag greifen wir diesen Forschungsbedarf auf und berichten
für die wissensintensive Berufsgruppe der Unternehmensorganisation und -strategie,
inwieweit Voraussetzungen am Arbeitsplatz (berufliche Autonomie, Arbeitsanforderungen,
Tätigkeiten und Führungsverantwortung) systematisch mit der Adoption generativer
KI assoziiert sind. Methodisch wurden logistische Regressionsmodelle mit arbeitsbezogenen
Prädiktoren und demografischen Kontrollvariablen eingesetzt. Als Datengrundlage
diente die BIBB/BAuA-Erwerbstätigenbefragung 2024. Die Analysen zeigten für die
untersuchte Berufsgruppe, dass besonders eine höhere berufliche Autonomie signifikant
mit einer stärkeren Adoption generativer KI einherging.\r\nPraktische Relevanz:
Dieser Artikel berichtet empirische Evidenz zur Verbreitung generativer KI und
den Prädiktoren ihrer Nutzung. Die beobachteten Nutzungsmuster bieten empirische
Einsichten für die Arbeitsgestaltung. Diese machen sichtbar, welche sozialen Ungleichheiten
bei der Adoption generativer KI bestehen, entlang welcher arbeitsbezogenen Voraussetzungen
sich die digitale Transformation vollzieht und wo KI-bezogene Kompetenzen voraussichtlich
an Bedeutung gewinnen. Darüber hinaus bieten die Ergebnisse eine Grundlage für
politische Entscheidungen und die Entwicklung regulatorischer Maßnahmen."

text: "Abstract:\r\nGenerative artificial intelligence (AI) is widely discussed
as a key enabling technology and is increasingly being used in knowledge work.
However, for Germany, there is still a lack of robust empirical evidence on the
occupational contexts in which generative AI is used intensively and those in
which it is not. In this article, we address this research gap by examining the
extent to which workplace characteristics (job autonomy, job demands, tasks, and
managerial responsibility) are systematically associated with the adoption of
generative AI among the knowledge-intensive occupational group of corporate organization
and strategy. Methodologically, logistic regression models with work-related predictors
and demographic control variables were employed. The analysis is based on data
from the 2024 wave of the BIBB/BAuA Employment Survey. The results for the occupational
group examined in this study show that, in particular, higher levels of job autonomy
are significantly associated with greater adoption of generative AI.\r\nPractical
Relevance: This article provides empirical evidence on the prevalence of generative
AI and the predictors of its use. The observed usage patterns offer insights for
job design by highlighting existing social inequalities in the adoption of generative
AI, the work-related conditions along which digital transformation unfolds, and
the areas in which AI-related competencies are likely to gain importance. Furthermore,
the findings provide a basis for policy decisions and the development of regulatory
measures."

text: "Background: Open Science (OS) and Responsible Research and Innovation (RRI)
are increasingly converging under the concept of Open RRI, which integrates openness
with inclusivity, responsibility, and societal engagement. Strengthening researcher
skills in this area requires a clear understanding of existing training provision.
This study presents findings from the Horizon Europe project PATTERN, which mapped
and assessed Open RRI training resources across Europe.\r\n\r\nMethods: A mixed-methods
approach was applied, combining desk research, surveys, semi-structured interviews,
data workshops, and mutual learning events. In total, 571 training resources were
identified and analysed across eight skill areas: Open Access; FAIR Data; Citizen
Science; Research Integrity; Gender, Non-discrimination, and Inclusion; Dissemination
and Exploitation; Science Communication; and Management and Leadership. A subset
of resources was further evaluated using defined quality criteria.\r\n\r\nResults:
The mapping reveals a fragmented and uneven training landscape, with a strong
predominance of introductory-level resources and limited provision for intermediate
and advanced learners. Training is often generic and lacks contextualisation,
with gaps in inclusivity, multilingual provision, and local adaptation. Quality
assessment highlights strengths such as modular design, open licensing, and the
use of active learning approaches. However, recurring challenges include limited
accessibility, unclear pathways for reuse, and difficulties in implementation
and long-term sustainability. Key thematic gaps include intersectionality, policy
engagement, supervision ethics, and the integration of indigenous and local knowledge.\r\n\r\nConclusions:
Despite growing availability of training resources, significant gaps remain in
scope, depth, and inclusivity. Addressing these challenges requires improved coordination,
expansion of advanced and context-sensitive training, enhanced multilingual accessibility,
and stronger integration into curricula and institutional practices to support
sustainable Open RRI capacity building."

Anforderungen, Potenziale und Hürden bei der Nutzung hybrider Systeme aus Sicht
von Patient*innen und medizinischen Fachkräften.\r\nMethode\r\n\r\nIm Rahmen der
HIS4DiaPedes-Studie wurden Online-Befragungen (n = 69) und qualitative Interviews
(n = 45) mit Patient*innen und Fachkräften durchgeführt. Die quantitative Analyse
erfolgte deskriptiv mit SPSS, die qualitative inhaltsanalytisch nach Mayring mit
MAXQDA.\r\nErgebnisse\r\n\r\nSowohl von medizinischen Fachkräften, als auch von
Patient*innen werden sich Echtzeitdaten, individualisierbare Warnfunktionen, eine
zentrale Plattform zur Datenerfassung, einfache Kommunikationswege und transparente
Datenschutzlösungen gewünscht. Herausforderungen bestehen insbesondere bei älteren
Patient*innen sowie in der technischen Infrastruktur.\r\nSchlussfolgerung\r\n\r\nHybride
Interaktionssysteme erscheinen als potenziell geeignete Ergänzung der Diabetesversorgung,
wenn diese benutzerfreundlich, anpassbar und datenschutzkonform gestaltet sind.
Die Ergebnisse liefern Hinweise darauf, dass die Kombination digitaler und persönlicher
Elemente sowie partizipative Entwicklungsprozesse für die Akzeptanz solcher Systeme
relevant sein könnten; diese Annahmen sollten jedoch in konfirmatorischen Folgeuntersuchungen
überprüft werden."

text: "Background\r\n\r\nThe increasing burden on the healthcare system requires
innovative care solutions, especially for chronically ill patients, such as those
with diabetes. Hybrid interaction systems combine digital technologies and personal
care to close gaps in care.\r\nObjective\r\n\r\nThe study analyzes requirements,
potentials, and barriers to the use of hybrid systems from the perspective of
patients and healthcare professionals.\r\nMethods\r\n\r\nAs part of the HIS4DiaPedes
study, online surveys (n = 69) and qualitative interviews (n = 45) were conducted
with patients and professionals. The quantitative analysis was carried out descriptively
with SPSS, the qualitative content analysis according to Mayring with MAXQDA.\r\nResults\r\n\r\nBoth
healthcare professionals and patients are calling for real-time data, customizable
warning functions, a central platform for data collection, simple communication
channels, and transparent data protection solutions. Challenges exist in particular

interaction systems appear to be a potentially suitable addition to diabetes care,

be tested in confirmatory follow-up studies."

text: 'The development of resource-efficient products based on a comprehensive assessment
of the R-principles is becoming increasingly important in the context of the Eco-Design
Regulation. However, there is no basis for assessing c-Si photovoltaic modules
in the context of REpair, REfurbish, and REmanufacture. The aim of this study
is therefore to create an assessment basis including a definition framework and
a selection of priority parts. The results are a basic functional and structural
analysis, an initial catalog of criteria for a semi-quantitative assessment method,
and a weighting of priority parts. It becomes clear that individual cells and
connection components are particularly relevant for REpair and REfurbish. For
REmanufacture, attention should be paid to the entirety of the cells, the frame,
and the glass. Overall, a method is created that, in application, lays the foundation
for a sustainable product design of photovoltaic modules improved for the circular
economy and can be further optimized. '

text: Ansätze von Peer-Unterstützung sind häufig von einem Zusammenwirken zwischen
Peer-Unterstützer*innen und Fachkräften ohne eigene Betroffenheit gekennzeichnet,
wodurch unterschiedliche Formen von Wissensbeständen und Perspektiven aufeinandertreffen
und im praktischen Unterstützungshandeln ausgehandelt werden müssen. Der vorliegende
Beitrag nimmt dieses Phänomen aus einer qualitativ-empirischen Perspektive anhand
eines konkreten Ansatzes in den Blick und rekonstruiert auf Basis von Einzelinterviews
und Gruppendiskussionen mit Peer-Unterstützer*innen das Verhältnis zu Fachkräften
der Sozialen Arbeit. Im Zuge des iterativ-zirkulären Forschungsprozesses konnte
ein ambivalentes Verhältnis einer Minimierung von Grenzen zwischen den beiden
Akteur*innengruppen auf der einen Seite und unterschiedlichen Formen der Grenzziehung
auf der anderen Seite identifiziert werden. Einem Verständnis als gemeinsame Unterstützer*innengruppe
stehen Praktiken der Profilierung der jeweiligen Gruppe gegenüber – beispielsweise
im Sinne einer unterschiedlichen Anerkennung von Wissensbeständen, einer Legitimierung
der eigenen Funktion innerhalb der Organisation oder durch wahrgenommene Konkurrenzverhältnisse
zwischen Peer-Unterstützer*innen und Fachkräften. Aus theoretischer Perspektive
von Multiprofessionalität und dem Verhältnis von Ehrenamt und Sozialer Arbeit
kann das aufgefundene Spektrum als Ausdruck eines Spannungsfeldes zwischen der
Herstellung von Differenz und Profilierung der eigenen, spezifischen Wissensbasis
(„boundary work“) auf der einen Seite und dem Bestreben nach Zugehörigkeit und
einem gemeinsamen Teamverständnis zwischen den beiden Akteur*innengruppen auf
der anderen Seite betrachtet werden. Dabei zeigen sich Machtdynamiken, die durch
die Spezifik von Peer-Unterstützung und einer ehrenamtlichen Ausgestaltung verstärkt
werden.

text: Peer support approaches often involve collaboration between individuals offering
peer support and professionals who are not personally affected, whereby various
perspectives and levels of knowledge are encountered and must be resolved to provide
practical support. In this article, this interplay is examined using a qualitative–empirical
perspective based on a concrete approach and reconstructs their relationship with
social work professionals based on individual interviews and group discussions
with peer supporters. From the iterative research process, an ambivalent relationship
was identified between the two groups regarding the drawing of boundaries. A relationship
as a shared support group is contrasted by the practices that highlight their
different roles, e.g., differences in types of knowledge, the legitimization of
one’s own role within the organization, and how competition between peer supporters
and professionals is perceived. From the theoretical perspective of multiprofessionalism
and the relationship between volunteer work and social work, this can be understood,
on the one hand, as an expression of the complex interplay between their differences
and their own knowledge base (boundary work), and, on the other hand, the striving
for belonging and a shared understanding of teamwork between the two groups. This
reveals power dynamics that are intensified through the specific nature of peer
support and its voluntary character.

text: Die Gründungsförderung an deutschen Hochschulen hat sich in den letzten zwei
Jahrzehnten stark etabliert. Neben dem Ausbau von Professuren und Entrepreneurship-affinen
Lehrstühlen trugen insbesondere Förderprogramme wie EXIST dazu bei, dass heute
an den meisten Hochschulen Strukturen zur Unterstützung von Gründungsinteressierten
bestehen. Während klassische Inkubator-Programme bislang vor allem auf betriebswirtschaftliche
‚Hard Skills‘ fokussierten, rückt zunehmend die Bedeutung von Persönlichkeitseigenschaften
und (inter-)personalen Kompetenzen für den Gründungserfolg in den Vordergrund.
Der Beitrag untersucht daher die Integration von Persönlichkeitscoaching in Inkubator-Programme
und diskutiert dies am Beispiel des Center for Entrepreneurship der Hochschule
Bielefeld. Auf Basis aktueller Forschung sowie etablierter Kompetenzrahmen wie
der Entrepreneurial Skills Charta und dem Europäischen Referenzrahmens für unternehmerische
Kompetenzen (EntreComp) werden zentrale Eigenschaften wie Selbstwirksamkeit, emotionale
Stabilität und Risikoeignung herausgestellt. Diese Eigenschaften beeinflussen
maßgeblich die Fähigkeit von Gründerinnen und Gründern, Herausforderungen zu bewältigen,
Entscheidungen zu treffen und in unsicheren Situationen handlungsfähig zu bleiben.
Das vorgestellte Coaching-Konzept kombiniert individuelle und teamorientierte
Ansätze mit praxisnahen Methoden, die Selbstreflexion, Resilienz und die Entwicklung
langfristiger Handlungskompetenzen fördern. Damit wird ein Beitrag zur Weiterentwicklung
der Entrepreneurship Education geleistet, der die dynamische Wechselwirkung zwischen
Kompetenzerwerb, Motivation und Persönlichkeitsentwicklung berücksichtigt. Das
Fazit zeigt, dass Persönlichkeitscoaching eine bedeutsame Ergänzung bestehender
Förderformate darstellt und eine ganzheitliche Qualifizierung von Gründungspersönlichkeiten
ermöglicht. Perspektivisch wird eine Ausweitung des Coachings empfohlen, um die
nachhaltige Verankerung affektiver und persönlichkeitsbezogener Dimensionen in
der Gründungsförderung sicherzustellen.
