                  Onlineberatung hat in der Sozialen Arbeit an Bedeutung gewonnen – insbesondere seit der Corona-Pandemie. Während ortsunabhängige Beratungsformate inzwischen weit verbreitet sind und von Ratsuchenden zu Hause, am Arbeitsplatz oder unterwegs genutzt werden können, bietet die stationäre Onlineberatung an öffentlich zugänglichen Orten oder in Einrichtungen des Sozial- und Gesundheitswesens bislang wenig beachtete Potenziale. Der vorliegende Beitrag beleuchtet die Chancen und Risiken stationärer Onlineberatung im Vergleich zu ortsunabhängigen Formaten, skizziert Möglichkeiten der institutionellen Einbettung und diskutiert ihre Herausforderungen. Anstatt eine abgeschlossene Systematik zu präsentieren, bleiben wir im Folgenden bewusst kursorisch, um eine möglichst breite Anschlussfähigkeit zu erreichen und sowohl weitere Forschungen als auch Praxisaktivitäten anzuregen.
