This scoping review aims to map evidence on how lived diversity experience is conceptualized and operationalized as an individual resource among care workers.\r\n\r\nMethods: An interdisciplinary approach across social anthropology, health sciences, and labor economics will be adopted. The databases to be searched include MEDLINE/PubMed, PsycINFO, Scopus and Web of Science and sources of grey literature. A two-stage screening process will be followed by systematic data extraction, with findings synthesized through descriptive numerical summaries and qualitative thematic analysis. \r\n\r\nResults: This scoping review is expected to shift the focus from organisational-level diversity research to research on how diversity contributes as an individual resource in care work contexts. Unlike India, Germany’s focus of economic issues is less and concentrating more in supporting communities mainly in the aspects of psychological, medical (health care) and social issues. The present research paper aims to understand structural, socio-economic and psychosocial SHG models of India and Germany to identify opportunities for bridging communities of both the countries. Based on extensive research studies related to the objectives of the studies of SHGs in India and Germany, various strengths and challenges have been identified. Considering the structural aspects and strengths and challenges of SHGs in India and Germany, a cross hybrid model is proposed for bridging the communities of both the countries, which can help the SHGs and supporting stakeholders of both the countries to embark upon social, economic and psychological challenges. Andererseits scheinen sich spezifische Formen der Reorganisation durchzusetzen. Die Arbeit geht also dem Phänomen der Verbundeffekte auf den Grund. Die Diskussion wird theoretisch und empirisch geführt. Auf theoretischer Ebene wird ganz allgemein das unternehmerische Entscheidungsproblem „Wahl des effizienten personalpolitischen Maßnahmenkatalogs“ thematisiert. Die empirische Untersuchung erforscht zunächst Verteilung und Eigenschaften der unterschiedlichen personalpolitischen Systeme im Verarbeitenden Gewerbe.
