Als zentrale Antwort darauf gilt die fortschreitende Digitalisierung und der Einsatz von KI, die bereits heute zu einer weitgehenden Automatisierung operativer Kernprozesse wie dem „Purchase-to-Pay“-Porzess führen. \r\nWährend das Institut für Arbeitsmarkt- und Berufsforschung (IAB) für Buchhaltungstätigkeiten ein Automatisierungspotenzial von 100 % sieht, liegt dieses in der Wirtschaftsprüfung bei etwa 57 %. In der Prüfungspraxis verschiebt sich der Fokus von Routineaufgaben hin zu risikoorientierten Datenanalysen, IT-Systemprüfungen und der Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung, wobei das finale Urteil weiterhin beim Menschen verbleibt („Human-in-the-Loop“). \r\nFür die Hochschulausbildung bedeutet diese Transformation, dass neben den klassischen Basiskompetenzen vermehrt Spezialwissen in der Datenanalyse sowie übergreifende Meta-Kompetenzen wie „Data Literacy“ und grundlegendes KI-Verständnis vermittelt werden müssen. First being used in cameras and for focusing, nowadays freeform optics are used in a broad range of applications, from lighting to LiDAR, from endoscopy to photovoltaics, and from astronomical instruments to quantum cryptography. Designing freeform optics can be based on different theories and methods. Fabrication is possible by mechanical methods, such as diamond turning or high-precision milling, often followed by different polishing techniques, as well as laser-based techniques, mainly applying different lithographic techniques. Here, we give an overview of recent design and optimization methods, production methods used during the last years, and applications of freeform optics, including the possibility to combine freeform optics with tunability for different applications. Such biosensors can be used in a broad range of applications, from personalized medicine to drug discovery, and from food safety to plant disease diagnosis. Portable biosensors are often based on microfluidic systems or micro-electromechanical systems (MEMS), measuring physical or chemical parameters. In spite of their importance for diverse applications, there are still several limits regarding the portability of biosensors, which is often necessary. Besides the required miniaturization of the components and the limited lifetime of some biological reagents, sample preparation and handling can be problematic. Open Innovation hat sich daher zu einem zentralen Innovationsparadigma entwickelt. Dieser Artikel richtet den Blick auf eine weiterhin unterschätzte Open-Innovation-Variante: die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Unternehmen und Hochschulen. Die Voraussetzungen dafür sind günstig, denn Hochschulen treiben ihre Third Mission – den Wissens- und Technologietransfer in Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft – zunehmend voran.\r\nNeben den Ausführungen zu Open Innovation mit Hochschulen und dem Nutzen des Bedeutungsgewinns der Third Mission stellt der Beitrag zentrale Formate der Zusammenarbeit vor. Forschungsergebnisse zeigen, dass Unternehmen mit Hochschulkontakten in besonderem Maße innovativ sind. The study was carried out to determine the factors affecting the potential use of health services and their usage by female Turkish migrants and their children living in Bielefeld, Germany.\r\nMethods: The study adopted a qualitative design, and in-depth individual interview interviews were used to collect data. Interviews were conducted with 20 female Turkish migrants who have children with food allergies between November-December 2023. The data were analyzed using the content analysis method. \r\nResults: The ages of the female Turkish migrants participating in the study ranged from 31 to 48.
