The thin films are deposited by three different deposition methods: APCVD technique, using pyrolytical decomposition at 200oC of W(CO)6 in Ar/O2 atmosphere, the reactive sputtering at low temperature and a simplified sol-gel process by spraying. The study is focused on a comparative study of their electrochromic properties in dependence on the deposition and annealing process parameters.
