Im Zentrum steht ein Retrieval-Augmented-Generation-System (RAG), das große Sprachmodelle (engl.: Large Language Models, LLMs) mit unternehmensspezifischem Fachwissen verknüpft, um Nutzer dialogisch bei der Informationssuche und Projektplanung zu unterstützen. Am Beispiel des mittelständischen Unternehmens Naue wird gezeigt, wie ein solcher Ansatz sowohl textbasierte Wissensquellen als auch interaktive Tools – etwa einen CO2-Kalkulator – integrieren kann. Besonderes Augenmerk gilt der Einbindung visueller Inhalte sowie der Anbindung externer Applikationen.
