I did not receive my access data. What can I do?

Please make sure that your enrolment has been completed. Have you transferred your semester contribution? Is your digital health insurance notification still missing? It may take 2–3 days for the notifications to arrive. You will only receive your access data once your enrolment has been completed.
If you have not received your access data, please contact the Data Processing Centre (DVZ).
