HSBI Transfer acts as a link between university researchers and external partners and supports both sides in establishing contacts and initiating cooperation projects. The team works closely with existing transfer institutions, business promoters and industry networks.

At the same time, HSBI Transfer has an impact on the university, aiming to create synergies between different areas and transfer activities and raise the profile of existing activities through targeted communication.  In the process, transfer management at HSBI will be professionalised and the university’s transfer strategy will be constantly refined and operationalised.

HSBI Transfer pursues four key objectives

• Constant refinement and implementation of Transfer Strategy
• Consolidation and networking of historically developed structures and activities, with a focus on the transfer of ideas, knowledge and technology to realise potential synergies
• Raising the profile of existing activities in the the transfer of ideas, knowledge and technology through targeted communication both within and outside the university
• Development and professionalisation of transfer management at HSBI to provide service-oriented support for transfer activities and promote the appreciation for transfer
