No, we do not own any accommodations. We have partners that reserve a limited number of rooms for us to offer to students, but we are also happy to help you find accommodation on the housing market.

Yes, but places are limited. Please apply to the Student Services Association (Studierendenwerk) as soon as possible and register for the waiting list.
Depending on the location and type of accommodation, e.g. shared flat, hall of residence: usually 300–500 euros, bedsit: 400–600 euros.
Cold rent: rent for the flat only. Warm rent: including utilities such as water, heating and bin collection.

In most cases, you will need a passport, your admissions letter and, if applicable, a rental guarantee.
The rental confirmation letter is a form that you receive from your landlord. It is required for your residency registration.
No, there are no housing offers specifically for international students.
