Prof. Dr. Nowshad Amin is born in Bangladesh. He has a bachelor degree in solid state physics from Toyohashi University of Technology in Japan, a master degree and a PhD in solar cell research from Tokyo Institute of Technology in Japan. After research positions in Florida, Wales and Malaysia, he had several professor positions at universities in Malaysia, Bangladesh and Saudi Arabia.
