This session integrates two core business competencies: entrepreneurship and project management. It introduces key entrepreneurial concepts, including opportunity recognition and the seven-step entrepreneurial process, alongside an examination of relevant entrepreneurial traits such as risk tolerance, creativity, and resilience. Building on this foundation, the session presents essential project management principles, focusing on planning, execution, and control. Students engage with practical tools including Gantt charts, work breakdown structures, scope definition, and stakeholder management. By linking opportunity development with structured execution, the session develops students' ability to systematically assess, plan, and deliver projects within defined time and resource constraints.
