Book Your Appointment with the Bielefeld Immigration Office

In cooperation with the Bielefeld immigration office, the International Office is delighted to offer you a new service that makes it easier to book an appointment, for example to extend your residence permit or for other matters regarding the immigration office!

Appointments at the Bielefeld immigration office are now available on Thursday afternoons for international students at HSBI residing in Bielefeld. Thus you no longer have to wait to make appointments in the central appointment scheduling tool.

Please select an appointment in the list below by clicking on “BOOK” and fill in your contact details. Upon your successful registration, you will receive an email with all further information (location, time, contact persons, required documents).
