The workshop will follow a lecture on "earthen buildings", which will be held at 11:30 am on the same day. The workhop goal is to introduce participants to ways of application of earthen materials. We start the workshop by doing on-site soil testing. We will then produce a number of adobe bricks using different soil mixtures and prepare a frame work to apply some wattle & daub.
Target group: This workshop is open only to second-semester architecture students.
