To further enhance the understanding between Shanghai and more cities from Europe and America, and to promote the further cooperation between Shanghai Normal University (SHNU) and universities in Europe and America, Shanghai Summer School (Cultural and Film Communication), a Shanghai government scholarship program hosted by SHNU, will be held this summer.

This Cultural and Film Communication program offers practical courses in the field of media, including film and television appreciation, animation production, and documentary creation, etc. Through a four-week learning and practical experience,
this program offers a unique perspective for deep exploration of Chinese society and culture. By enhancing the skills in media production and communication, the program aims to produce personalized video works from a novel perspective and
creative approach, providing a unique and enriching learning experience for European and American students.
Students have opportunities to produce their own animated or documentary works.

Flight suggested: Arrive at Shanghai Pudong International Airport between 9:00 to 16:00 on June 7; Take off from Shanghai Pudong International Airport between
10:00 to 17:00 on July 4.

Scholarship:
Full Scholarship covers tuition, room and board on campus, scheduled visits. International Airfare is excluded and shall be borne by students themselves.
Self-supported students should pay RMB 6000 per person, covering scheduled visits.
Room and board, and international airfare are excluded.

Dorm: twin room with WIFI, telephone, TV, air-conditioning, refrigerator and bathroom.

Qualifications: Applicants should be registered native students in Europe and America universities, who are interested in Chinese culture and film communication.
Applicants are not required of Chinese proficiency but should be good in English.

Experience UniTartu Summer School 2026: In summer 2026, the University of Tartu will welcome international students and lifelong learners to the UniTartu Summer School in its fifth anniversary year. From 27 July to 7 August 2026, the summer school offers participants the chance to gain new knowledge, meet people from around the world and discover Estonian culture.

Since its launch in 2022, the UniTartu Summer School has welcomed nearly 350 participants from 50 countries. Feedback from previous years has been consistently positive: in 2025, 91% of participants rated their experience highly, and 96% said they would recommend the summer school to others. Over five years, the summer school has grown into a warm community that brings together both new and returning participants.

The 2026 summer school includes 13 English-taught courses across science and technology, social sciences, and the arts and humanities. Courses take place mainly in Tartu, a student-friendly university city, with one course held in Viljandi. Depending on the course, studies last one or two weeks, making it easy to combine learning with summer travel.

The cultural and social programme introduces participants to Estonia and Tartu through joint activities. Participants can explore the University of Tartu Museum, see the city from a new angle on a boat trip along the River Emajõgi, and join an excursion to northern Estonia or a movie night featuring Estonian films.

The application period for UniTartu Summer School 2026 runs from 20 March to 20 April. Applicants who apply by 26 March will receive a 10% early-bird discount. Admission decisions will be announced by 30 April.

The UniTartu Summer School offers ten ENLIGHT scholarships for students from partner universities, as well as four tuition fee waivers for motivated applicants.

This year's program will continue to take the form of Summer Research from June 22^nd to July 30^th, 2026 in Hefei, Anhui, China. I. What is the program about?

With the theme of "Science and Technology for a Shared Future", the 2026 FuSEP Summer Research will select excellent students to work on scientific research projects in top-tier research teams supervised by USTC professors for 6 weeks.

Participants are expected to submit a report highlighting their research findings at USTC. Beyond the research experience, the program offers a diverse array of activities, including lectures on academic topics, visits to world-leading national laboratories, tours to Chinese cultural sites, and interactions with USTC student clubs.

It is designed for undergraduate students from the fields of Business, Management, Marketing, and Advertising, although students from other related backgrounds may also be considered.

The program focuses on the evolution of strategic marketing from its inception to the latest trends. Students will learn how to build experiences that connect with consumer emotions through real case studies and projects. Additionally, they will learn how to interpret a large amount of data for the introduction of new upcoming products.

Ziel des Programms ist es, deutschen Graduierten die Möglichkeit zu bieten, an einem sprach- und praxisorientierten Programm in China teilzunehmen. Den Stipendiaten wird dabei Gelegenheit geboten, die chinesische Sprache gründlich zu erlernen und die Kultur und Wirtschaft des Landes in unmittelbarer Erfahrung zu erleben. Der DAAD als Hochschulorganisation und das Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung (BMBF) sehen in diesem Programm einen Beitrag zur Heranbildung von China-Expertinnen und Experten in Wirtschaft, Verwaltung und Industrie.

Beim HAW-Stipendium zu Kongress- und Messereisen ist eine Bewerbung jederzeit möglich.

Gefördert werden in dieser Programmlinie:

• Master- und Diplomstudierende (Diplomstudierende ab dem 4. Studienjahr)
• Promovierende (im eigenständigen oder im kooperativen Promotionsverfahren) und
• Angehörige des Lehr- und Forschungspersonals (promoviert und nicht-promoviert)

Die aktive Teilnahme an internationalen wissenschaftlichen Kongressen und Konferenzen sowie an internationalen Fachmessen wird bei Präsenzteilnahme unterstützt mit

• einer Reisekostenpauschale,
• einer Aufenthaltspauschale pro nachgewiesenem Kongress-/Messetag und
• einer Sachkostenpauschale.

Als aktive Teilnahme (bei Kongressen und Konferenzen) gilt die Präsentation eines eigenen Vortrags oder Posters, oder die hauptverantwortliche Konzeption und Leitung eines Panels.

In diesem Selbstlernkurs können internationale Studierende die Besonderheiten des Studiums in Deutschland und speziell an der HSBI in kleinen Lerneinheiten kennenlernen.

Jedes Jahr werden mehrere Praktikumsplätze von der AHK Irland in folgenden fünf Bereichen bevorzugt für HSBI Studierende angeboten:

Die Deutsche Wirtschaftsvereinigung (DWV) ist eine Mitgliederorganisation aus Unternehmen, die in den deutsch-georgischen Wirtschaftsbeziehungen aktiv sind. Sie wurde 2007 gegründet und hat heute über 180 Mitglieder aus verschiedensten Bereichen der Wirtschaft.
