After explaining the basics of copyright law, Prof. Dr. Meo will discuss the specifics of copyright law in relation to AI and digital processes in general. Thanks to his many years of experience in practice, research and teaching, Prof. Dr. Meo will also be able to offer a comparative legal perspective on the topic and highlight the specifics of Italian law in comparison to German law, among other things.
Prof. Dr. Carlo Meo studied in Rome and London and has been researching and teaching for many years at prestigious institutions in Rome, London, Bologna and other locations.
