Rob Britton has spent a lifetime in and near the airline, aviation, and travel industries, in a variety of roles, mainly marketing. He is founder and Principal at AirLearn, Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University, Washington, D.C., and Guest Professor at Imperial College, London. As the former Managing Director, Advertising and Marketing Planning, at American Airlines, he was part of the team that rebuilt the AA brand after September 11, 2001.
